J. Hollick Osteopathy

I would give Jamie 10 stars if possible!5 from myself and 5 from my daughter!After suffering for a long time with wear and tear in my neck and upper back, due to heavy lifting etc working as a Neuro rehab Nurse.. I ended up with a trapped nerve in my neck! With horrible pins and needles radiating down my arm!I had undergone several visits to various treatment centres, nothing seemed to be helping!After 2 nights of very little sleep due to pain and pins and needles I was getting desperate for some relief I went online (as you do) and came across Osteopathy.. having never tried it but after reading some reviews I decided to give it a try!Luckily I came across Jamie who visits our area twice weekly!What a pleasant young man.. he put me at ease immediately, went through my history of pain etc and commenced treatment... WOW!I slept that night!!!Not only has he helped with the aches and pains of wear and tear.. (which i,m sure we,ve all had at some point being in my twilight years ) he has now made it possible to come home after a heavy shift and sleep, and he has helped massively to alleviate the pins and needles.His knowledge is incredible and his hands on procedures have hit the spot... believe me anyone who has been in or is in constant pain really should give him a try!I have now had several visits to Jamie he is very thorough and talks me through each procedure as to the benefits and relevance. He is always polite and has a lovely sense of humour.. which is very important, Laughter being one of the best medicines!Thankyou Jamie! You,ve given me massive" relief!To add to this very quickly for my daughter

Having been to chiropractors and physios in the past, I hadn't really considered seeing an osteopath until Jamie was recommended to me. In just one visit I got relief from persistent back and neck pain, and I was given exercises to do at home without any pressure to commit to multiple visits. I can't wait to go back to stop any pain returning!

I had some Osteopathy treatment from Jamie Hollick which I found to be relieving. I was suffering with lower back tightness and sciatic pain. I have see Jamie 5 times now and find his treatment to be effective for pain relief. I would recommend his services to others!

My experience with Jamie was fantastic. I had been suffering in silence with back pain for years and having never seen an osteopath before, I was nervous. Jamie made me feel at ease straight away with his friendly manner, made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment and ensured I was fully aware of what treatment I needed and why. Jamie's knowledge was very impressive and my back feels so much better. I have been given exercises to complete at home and even received a message to ask how my back was a couple of days later. I have already booked in to see Jamie in 6 weeks time. Excellent service and I have already recommended him to my family and friends.

Started with Sciatica suddenly at work and was in agony for over a week on pain killers etc, went to see Jamie and after the first session I wasn't taking anymore pain killers and was feeling 10x better just had a slight ache

Very professional and gave great insight into what my problem was. As a weightlifter a second opinion on my back pain was really useful and treatment gave great relief!

Jamie is very professional and confident in his practice. I can totally relax with him to allow him to do the adjustments need to my spine. He was able to get me pain free in a couple of sessions and now I visit him for matianence vists occasionally keep a degenerative problem at bay

Jamie has been fantastic in getting to the route of an ongoing issue of which he pinpointed the trigger. I had been struggling to get to the bottom of the issue for a couple of years... doctors and consultants did not pick up the route cause. Jamie did plus his patience and calm manner made me feel at ease and his treatment plan was superb. Thanks Jamie!

The best Osteopathy I've ever used, thanks Jamie for eventually helping me with my long term issues.
