Rachel Neal Osteopathy

I can’t recommend Rachel enough! My 12 year old had a random neck spasm and since experienced of pain when turning his head to the right and as a result completely stiffened up, compounding the problem. After realising it was not going away on its own I reached out to Rachel. Firstly, he was nervous and he was put at ease straight away. First session showed amazing results, and after the second session all I can say is wow! His movement is amazing. Rachel showed so much care & attention, and really listened to his issues & needs. Follow up exercise guidance was great too. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to see Rachel again if needed. Best quote from my son “wow it’s like your hands are like an x-ray without the machine”!

Rachel is a fantastic Osteopath. She’s gentle but thorough. Her treatments are so much better than the Chiropractic sessions I used to have. She has ‘fixed’ my back and hips more than once. I would genuinely recommend Rachel to everyone as I know she would also tell you straight off if she wasn’t able to help you. She’s also a very nice and caring person!

Rachel is nothing short of a miracle worker!When I went to my first appointment I was suffering with terrible sciatica. I was struggling to walk down the drive of my house and could barely go any further.I felt sure I’d have to suffer through my pregnancy and avoid long walks.However, after only two appointments my pain cleared up entirely. I was able to go on long long walks and really build up my strength for birthing my baby confidently.The pain I was feeling during sleep disappeared and I actually forgot that I had any hip issues!I’m now able to go for a month in between treatments.Rachel is kind, professional, down to Earth, understanding and super skilled. From the get-go, Rachel was very friendly and professional, she went above and beyond to find a suitable appointment time. When there, she assessed my needs confidently and efficiently, I was very reassured and she was fantastic at talking me through the treatment. I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant and I was experiencing quite debilitating hip and lower back pain where I was finding it difficult to walk and move about. I found it very difficult to manage. After treatment with Rachel, I feel 100 times better and can walk quite freely now, the pain still niggles a little but it is so much better. I can’t recommend Rachel enough. I’ve never had to go to an osteopath before so the whole thing was a bit of an unknown for me. Rachel made the whole process really relaxed and broke everything down, so it made sense to me. Rachel is very knowledgable and the sharing of post appointment exercises is really helpful.

Rachel was professional and understanding from the outset. The initial appointment was to get background on my issue which was a squashed nerve in my neck / shoulder. I had tried to treat it myself with zero success. After my initial appointment which did involve manipulation of affected area & associated muscles, it was still painful, but I wasn’t expecting a miracle.Well, after 2 days, my pain had virtually gone, apart from the odd twinge, which was cured after my 2nd session.Yes, I may have been lucky, but Rachel talked me through what she was doing and it all did make sense when she explained what my nerves and muscles do while I was treated. Trust me, this lady knows her stuff and is well worth a visit.
