I am totally disappointed with the team. I got appointment on today 20 march, So I went on the given time. But when I meet the receptionist, she doesn't allow me to meet the doctor. She told that your appointment was changed to april 3 without informing me. I don't know what is happening here. My whole day wasted due to unorganized manners. Everyone have the certain schedules on every day and we all are gathering hospitals by adjusting our working days, classes etc, and the hospital members are doing the worst things to us. The receptionist arguing that she was leaved everyone, who has appointed on today to other date. If such things have to be happening for any emergency cases, please kindly inform us. Because everyday is precious for everyone.

Excellent service by Gosforth Private Clinic! They went above and beyond to ensure they could fit me in for my blood tests as soon as they possibly could with rapid results of less than 48hours! I would highly recommend this clinic.

Received a letter to book an appointment for an eye check. Cannot get in touch by phone or via their website. Don’t know how to download QR code . How many elderly are in the same situation as me.

This site is totally unsustainable for disabled people. Not only did I have have a problem whither the uneven ground,a number of other people also were also having a problem. The hole thing needs to be resurfaced,fall of holds a small but steep hill to get into the center. What a shame the staff were lovely.

I began treatment with Mark after checking out several acupuncture clinics. We had a chat via email to explain my issue and Mark decided he could do something to help.I injured my hand severely, 18 months before (bitten and crushed by a horse), hospital treatment at the time was limited by covid. I suffered with necrotic tissue and gangrene. It left me with daily episodes of debilitating and painful pins and needles as well as full arm numbness, affecting my work and home life.Mark assessed, and came up with a treatment protocol. I had very little to do, bar lie in a warm comfortable room and chat. Of course I felt the needles inserted, but after that, no pain through any of my 5 treatments.Improvements began almost immediately, and progressed every week. I am now 3 weeks on from my final treatment. I have experienced zero numbness or pins and needles in weeks. I can do all the things I used to, before the incident, without the pain, discomfort or the minor incidents caused by loss of feeling I'd had in that arm. The difference is incredible. As a bonus, I have much freer movement in the hand and the scar is finally settling down, looking less aggressive/red than it has since the day I damaged it.Thank you Mark, for giving me back the use of my hand. I thoroughly recommend treatment here.
