Worst insurance company ever. Never answer their phones, working from home - I don't think so. Given that they work for Grosvenor, some of the most expensive properties in London, I'm surprised that there's not a higher level of reviews for this company.

Great, efficient service received! Nathan Moorehandled our case and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Our mortgage certainly wasn’t going to be a straightforward one, but it didn’t phase Nathan one bit! Once our mortgage was ready to be submitted to the lender Laura Aves handled the application process, again very efficiently at all times. I cannot recommend this company enough, they got us our mortgage, 5 stars all round.

Have to say the customer service from Novo has been exceptional and special mention to Jessica Smith who went above and beyond in helping me with the hire car and kept me informed. Couldn't recommend them more highly! took huge stress out of a very difficult issue with my car!!Thank you

Buying a first house is incredibly daunting but Tim took away all our worries, guided us through the process in a way that was easy for us to understand and was very friendly to deal with throughout. Since buying our house, we have continued to use Tim for advice on mortgage renewal. This has been especially daunting in light of recent financial turbulence but again, Tim has always put us and our best interests at the centre, making sure we get information on all options that are available to us.
