In the last weeks I have dealt with Amadeal quite a few times - via Ebay and buying spares etc directly from them. EVERY single time they promised something, they delivered to Aberdeen by the next day.They answered my emails and quickly - and when I spoke to Jorge on the phone regarding an issue with a part - it was in my hands by the next day.This might not always be the case, but for sure, you have a customer for life. We purchased an XYZ Proturn lathe from jet machinery back in March and have been very pleased with both the machine and service provided. This company state that they are customer-service focused. What director PROMISES a response in less than 24 hours, then proceeding to take 3 times as long to only provide bad news? If you ever have a reason to attend here, please don't waste your time people. Wouldn't take the time if I didn't genuinely feel this company weren't worth the effort of involving yourself with.

Just completed the setup and our first training session with Tim James and have to say, and we all agreed, that it was one of the most informative courses that we've ever attended. Tim's attention to detail and his thoroughness was a pleasure to witness, in fact the entire experience of dealing with this company has been a total pleasure from start to finish and for a project that was nearly 5 years in the making , that's saying something.
