Valentina' classes are always really good- I really enjoy the circuits classes where we use all the different equipment. She always mixes the circuits up and offers options. The studio is lovely and the classes are always fun. Valentina has the ability to spot any poor form no matter where she is in the room!!

Ed is the best! His knowledge is incredible and very professional.I first met Ed when I had running injury to my calf. His treatments allowed me to run 10k and half marathon when I thought I will never run again.He was a godsend when my father suffered from back muscles injury. Dad was on strong painkillers for a month, they did not help at all. When he finally saw Ed, within 3 visits he was back on his feet and smiling.I highly recommend Ed to everyone.
